My name is Robby Berman and I have been learning how to speak colloquial Arabic for about 15 years. I have learned that idioms are very important to acquire early on because they are not readily taught in class in a comprehensive way. And idioms and expressions are critical in communicating verbally. That is why I wrote the first book ever on Arabic idioms in the Palestinian dialect called Min Taq Taq.
